Last night went to a midnight show of Paranormal Activity with Fred. It was good, since I am one that believes in the paranormal. The movie was shot like the "Blair Witch". You know the hand held camera shots. I kinda of guessed what was going to happen in the end towards the begin. I was surprised its scare me as much as I thought because I know just watching the paranormal tv scare. I think I might of jumped like once. I believe the plot line could happen for real, but you could tell that it was a movie not documentary about a real event that happened to them. I expect Fred to jump or something, but no he didn't. He laugh at some of the scary parts. Oh I don't know about that boy! I would say to every one that believes in the paranormal should go see it. I think they will think its interesting. I am not promising that your going to love it, but I thought it was good.

I kind of want to go to haunted house. Who wants to go?

I have realized that might is pretty boring. It ususally consists of wake up, get ready for work, drive to work, work, come home and veg out. Boring I know. Weekend are better. I usually hangout at home or go to Erie to shop, go to the movie or something!

Lately I have been super excited for some up coming events.

Last Saturday, I was poised over my keyboard to get Cassy and I some tickets to see the Pittsburgh Penguins this season. I had to be ready to buy them right when they went on sale at 10 AM because last season most of the games sold out in the first hour they were on sale. I got our tickets! :D We might be sitting the rafters, but it will be worth it! We are going to the December 5th game against the Chicago Blackhawks. This will be my second Pens game and Cassy's first. I went to my first Pens game in April of 2006. It was Sidney's rookie season and the last game of the season. I am so excited for the game we are going to because the Pens have acquired some great young stars since I last saw them! Now I am counting down the days until the game! :D

Last weekend I also bought Crystal's birthday present. I would tell everyone what it is, but I know she could easily read this and I don't want to ruin the surprise. I hope she likes it! I get to give it her on the 30th the day before her birthday. We are meeting up in Akron, OH to see The Honorary Title. And by the way if your reading this Crystal, I have our tickets in my possession!

Yesterday I went to Erie. Did alittle shopping. Bought some Old Navy Jeans and a shirt. Went to Hot Topic to see if I could find a Muse shirt. I found some. They were having a deal where when you bought a shirt and the new cd it was $20 or 25 if you wanted the Cd and Dvd one! I was suoper happy. But when I tried on the shirt it didn't fit right:( Then I went and got my eye brows waxed, which I need since I can't pluck them. It hurts too much! I bought some Rita's for the winter since they are closing for the winter next Sunday! Next I went to Tinseltown to pick up my New Moon tickets for the midnight showing I order online. The lady in line before me bought 11 tickets. You read that right 11 tickets and no none of them with children tickets. 11 adults costing here $88. Could you imagine if we lived in a bigger city where tickets a normal movie ticket costs $12.50 a pop and since its a midnight showing its probably like $15. I asked the lady who was in the box office about how has tickets sales have been. She says she was getting people coming in and calling left and right to confirm tickets went on sale. She look at her computer and said the 12:01 that I have tickets for has only 19 tickets left. Wow! I know I will be there super early! I will fight a snow storm again to get there!

Last night was great! Christine, Cassy, Yvette, Alicia, Nicole and I all went down town to alittle bar for a few drinks. Well everyone drank except for Cassy. She doesn't drink much to my knowledge. I haven't seen Alicia and Nicole in forever! I saw Yvette last year some time and I see Cass and Christine on a semi regular basis.

Here are coulple pictures of us.

I have been thinking and some questions came to mind. And these 2 questions don't relate.

1. Does anyone believe in pychics?
I am have being thinking about seeing one.

2. Has only besides me ever though of taking a vacation alone?
I was think about it the other day. I think I would be ok for a couple of days and then I would get lonely. It would be nice for a little while.

I want to know everyone else's opinions on these questions.

WE ARE THE WILEY: A Benefit for Jon Wiley Partners with WANDUTA to Promote Healthcare for Musicians.
A circle of Brooklyn-based friends have joined together with Wanduta—a new, national organization designed to support and protect independent musicians—to throw a benefit for beloved, local musician, Jon Wiley.
We Are the Wiley: A Benefit Concert for Jon Wiley will feature Adam Green, Lightspeed Champion, DJ Johnny Tropical, and Chairlift at The Shank—an art space and concert venue in Williamsburg, Brooklyn—on Thursday, July 9, 2009 at 8PM.
On March 5, 2009, professional guitarist, bassist, and keyboardist, Jon Wiley awoke without feeling or mobility in his arms and legs. He was subsequently diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and incurred more than $30,000 worth of medical bills for his week-long hospital stay. After a lengthy recovery process, Jon regained most feeling in his limbs and has gone on in recent months to record and perform with Lightspeed Champion, Adam Green, and his solo project, SpaceCamp. However, he is still without the means to afford his own healthcare.
Wanduta will carry the torch beyond Jon’s personal struggle to the greater issue of musicians without healthcare. In addition to other benefits and services, the organization provides a unique, concierge-based healthcare service that is available to all Wanduta members. Trained and licensed counselors assist musicians with their health insurance needs, for as low as $60 per month. Jon’s story highlights the importance of healthcare for every person. Wanduta works to ensure that the next musician in need will not face similar avoidable circumstances.
Join Wanduta and We Are the Wiley to celebrate the extraordinary talent of Jon Wiley, and raise funds to cover the expenses of a musician in need. This is a concrete opportunity to help a friend who, like so many artists and musicians in the United States, lack affordable healthcare.

I know this is really late, but better late than never! As most of you might know, the Pittsburgh Penguins won the Stanley Cup on June 12th! I only took them 17 years or in other words most of their young stars lives. That following Monday the 15th was the victory parade in Pittsburgh. Cassy, my brother and I went down for the parade. I played hookie from work. Parking sucked, but we find some that was 2 blocks away from Blvd. of the Allies. We were right behind some high school girls. I found out they were 15. The one girl had a sign that said “Sid-Call me in 3 years!”. I was like damn Sid you can call me now! Lol jk!

Well here is my pictures! ENJOY!
FINALLY AFTER 17 YEARS! )

This past weekend in Moscow, Russia was the Eurovision. If you don't know what Eurovision is it basically is The Eurovision Song Contest (French: Concours Eurovision de la chanson)[1] is an annual music competition held among active member countries of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU).

Each member country submits a song to be performed on live television and then casts votes for the other countries' songs to determine the most popular song in the competition. Each country participates via one of their national EBU-member television stations, whose task it is to select a singer and a song to represent their country in the international competition. The Contest has been broadcast every year since its inauguration in 1956 and is one of the longest-running television programmes in the world. It is also one of the most-watched non-sporting events in the world,[2] with audience figures having been quoted in recent years as anything between 100 million and 600 million internationally.[3][4] Eurovision has also been broadcast outside Europe to such places as Australia, Canada, Egypt, Hong Kong, India, Jordan, New Zealand, South Korea and the USA, despite the fact that these countries cannot compete.[5] Since the year 2000, the Contest has also been broadcast over the Internet,[6] with more than 74,000 people in almost 140 countries having watched the 2006 edition online.[7] The contest even has its own Youtube channel, with over 2.5 million channel views and 12,000 subscribers.
The 2009 winner was Alexander Rybak. Born May 13, 1986 in Minsk, Soviet Union is a Norwegian violinist, singer, composer and actor. Rybak represented Norway in the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, in Moscow, Russia. Rybak won the contest, with 387 points—the highest a country has achieved in the history of Eurovision—with a song he composed, "Fairytale". Fairytale is one of the songs from Rybak's first created album, Fairytales. The album is expected to be released June 2, 2009. (Descriptions from Wikipedia and video is from youtube.)

Lately I have been reading Crystal's entries on her and chatting with her either by text or phone calls. And I am missing my buddy. What am I going to do with my self with out getting a random call from her saying you want to come over and hangout. Or do you want to spend the night some crazy murder guy broke of jail and everyone is out? Or even our fake cornetto runs and chinese/ movie night. Or even going putt putt golfing for fun.Stupid Pittsburgh! I guess I have to try find a way to go down and see her. She was talking about Kennywood opening next month. It has been like 6 years since I have been there. Maybe Cassy and I will have to road trip down there for Kennywood, Andy Warho Museum and Mattress Factory! I miss you Crys!

Earlier I went to go see Adventureland. I orginally wanted to see it because Kristen Stewart is in it and she is good in Twilight. And plus the commerials looked good. Then I saw my friend, Crystal's LJ post about seeing Adventureland. I didn't know the movie was filmed at Kennywood Park and the surrounding area in Pittsburgh. When I was watching the movie knew all the park. I went there like every summer before the start of HS for marching band.
If you haven't see the commerials or the primus of the story, here is what imdb says. I don't want to tell you because I don't want to give away anything. My friends tell me I am good at ruining movies for them.

Today is my birthday!
The day started off interesting. At work I was in middle of a call and the computer went down. It wasn't just my computer, it was at least 30 people's computer. So we were told to tell the caller that we are having computer problems and to call back later. I felt bad about it. We sat in groups as the Team Leader and people from Quality talk about what we could do to improve our calls. We were down for like 45 minutes. I scheduled to get out 2 hours early so I was out of there at 3 instead of 5.
After work, I picked up my birthday cake and went home. I got to pick what we had for dinner. I had chicken wings. After dinner we had cake and I got presents. My mom got me a Sidney Crosby shirt (I am taking it back because its too big, my brother got me Juno on DVD and my grandparents got me a new blow dryer. My old blower dry sucked! Now I am just chilling here watching TV and surfing the net.
Friday, I have to go to Erie to pick up my pay check. I am going to return my Sid shirt (I am not sure if I will be getting another Sid or another player) and do alittle shopping. I need more perfume or body spray and I might get a Twilight shirt or hoodie. Also I need to pick up something for my schmuffin, Trenton. He is 8 days old. I think I am going to see him either next Friday or Saturday. This Saturday I am going to the hockey game with Christine, she has 4 free tickets.

As some of you may of known this alright, but for those of you who didn't know. This past Tuesday I went to see one of my favorite bands, The Honorary Title! It wasn't the full band, but it was great to see Jarrod and Dustin. After the last time I saw they in August I heard a rumor they were going into the studio to record, which usually means no touring for at least a year. And I was really sad when I heard this because it isn't a year if my friends and I don't see they at least twice a year. Then at the end of January or the beginning of February I decide to read a bulletin from Erieshows.com (A website that puts on alot of local shows up here.) on myspace and saw that THT was playing. Oh happy early birthday to me!

Well I just started a new job so I scheduled to get out an hour early so I could get dinner with Cassy and Crystal. We had dinner and got to the show alittle after 6. And it was packed. All we could think of was what a fire hazard it was. Stupid Asshole Mike Torti for selling too many tickets. I wish I could of punched him in the face. He is a jerk that like to screw over local bands that do him a favor by filling for one of his bands that drop off the show. Oh my dislike for him is another story.

But we had to fight to get close to the stage and I was stuck behind 3 tall guys so I didn't get alot of pictures. But here they are.

It is offical tomorrow is my last day of work. My boss came into the studio today. He told me it was because I wasn't doing my job or I wasn't on time (Work starts at 10 and I there at 9:30 recording the weather, so I was never late!). He told me that they aren't get advertisers and therefore not making money. So I guess I am the first one to go. And I think I am the only one to be let go.

I knew it was coming. But I hoped it would never come. I guess I will be one of the many people looking for a job in this horrible job market!
